Last week, Hussein collapsed inside a mall after suffering a stroke, which left him in a coma. He passed away peacefully without regaining consciousness.

Hussein was controversial but consistent. He exposed issues that no one else was willing to touch and challenged many of Malaysia’s top elite. We were lucky enough to regularly talk with him, and understand the changes in stand he took - in the past and lately.

This resulted in Hussein being able to return to Malaysia after years in exile. We take some solace that he died in his own country. Hussein never took Australian citizenship, even though he was eligible.

Both of us had different but at the same time similar relationships with Hussein. I (Murray) spoke regularly to Hussein and we shared perspectives on issues, often jointly deciding on the approach that should be taken. I know from these discussions, Hussien had a strong moral compass, that always asked the question ‘will the Rakyat knowing this be for the betterment of Malaysia?’ We shared links and documents, and even gave each other contacts, that many in Malaysia will know.

Most of all, we spiritually supported each other. There were times when Hussein felt depressed about issues in Malaysia and I picked him up. This was reciprocated with the issues I have personally faced over the last couple of years.

I (Teck Ghee) had a relationship that was much more upfront and personal. Hussein spent most of his last weeks staying with me in my apartment and we discussed a number of issues regarding his life direction as well as did work together on plans that we intended to pursue to advance the causes that we believed in. Hussein was a fellow activist blogger that I featured in my CPI website from a long time ago. His recent work has also refocused my thinking and influenced the last batch of articles that I have written when he was staying at my home.

As we mourn the passing of our dear friend, Hussein we remember and cherish our time with him, indelibly etched in our hearts and minds.

This piece is written not solely to lament the loss of Hussein. It is also to pay tribute to someone who was a true comrade sharing a mutual journey in trying to make Malaysia a better place.

For Malayia and Malaysians, Hussein’s voice will be sadly missed.

Hussein was fiercely independent, free thinking, and unafraid. He wrote perhaps some of the most biting and critical commentaries on the country, our people and foes and friends that has emerged from the social media world of bloggers.

Simplicity, grace and a certain child-like quality of innocence combined with refined knowledge marked his prose. Few if any of the nation's community of political and social bloggers come close to his consistency and steadfastness in support of an inclusive and progressive country.

We can remember and pay tribute to him best by reading and rereading his writing. You will see most of his writings, especially the pieces he wrote through the Melbourne nights, came from his heart.

We must all be inspired to continue his journey.

Amazing! Tall buildings scraping the skies all around me. The sun making its presence felt, traffic building up on the roads as the sounds of KL starts to make its own noise, its own music......a city awaking to another new day. I am now a part of that city. This is my city!

Last night I had Pizza at an Arab ...or should I say Middle East...Restaurant...with a cigar smoking friend...served by a definitely foreign waiter who was polite and charming. We took our time to sit, dine, shoot the breeze and chill, until late. After dinner he sent me home in his very comfortable Toyota Vellfire and upon arrival at my current abode, I was greeted by the Napalese guard... ...and the day ended with me wondering what else was to come for me in the coming days?

Malaysia is no longer about the Malays, Indian and Chinese. But have we evolved or are we going South and being overwhelmed by an abundance of culture and ethnicity that was not around us a decade or two ago? Where is KL headed to? Is it becoming a charming cosmopolitan melting pot of culture that its new inhabitants have brought with them and welcomed by its old inhabitants, or is the New KL still learning and trying to live with the Old KL?

I do not know the answer to that but I am living it now and adjusting to the new realties. Maybe its gets too overwhelming when you walk into a restaurant without a single welcoming local face around you. Maybe you might resent the ways of these new "Malaysians" because they lack the grace of the Malays when they are serving you and more often than I care to admit, I do resent having too many foreigners around me doing everything our own people once did....but they are there alright! So learn to live with it.

Yes the KL I left over a decade ago is not the KL of today but then neither am I the guy who left KL over a decade ago. The only constant in life is change and what you make of that change makes you the person you are today. I am grateful that I am comfortable with the person I have become today. It is what tomorrow will bring that concerns me most.

Malaysia is in flux. It is constantly changing and we all want change but are the changes that is now happening around us, the changes we want? You got to work out what you want and what you do not want of the things that are now happening to and in our country today...but just remember this. You and me...we the people...now control our own destiny. NOT THE POLITICIANS...though sometimes, it may seem to be that way. You and I, we do not want Najib's sentence to be shorten. We cannot understand why UMNO wants Najib to be given a pardon. And why, we ask, is the Pardon Board aiding and abetting a criminal who has cause our nation to be in debt by the billions? Why is the PMX trying to explain and justify the decision of the Pardon Board?

I listen and I learn about the follies and mistakes men makes. and there will be more of these follies and mistakes to come, and I am comforted by one thought,,,...by one reality. There will come a day of reckoning for all of us. Najib is in jail. Rosmah has been convicted as charged and now awaits her punishment. Mahathir lost his deposit. Taib Mahmud is today just a pawn being moved here and there to serve the interest of others, not his. So chill guys and get on with your life work...earning a decent living,

For everything else there is karma. Enough said.

.

Yes I was vaguely aware that the Pardon's Board had pronounced their rubber stamp pardon on Najib - giving him a 50% discount on everything when they should really be adding on another 50% to the sentence and another 50% on those still unpaid fines. I knew about the Pardon Board rubber stamp decision a month ago and I did share that information with a number of you guys on a P&C basis....and now everything has come to roost for this Unity Government, for the Pardon Board and for our PMX! So where do we go from here?

First, as in all things hastily and conveniently conceived, the rationality and legality of that decision will be debated ad nauseum by every Mat, Ah Chong and Siva in this beloved nation of ours. And of course, followed with the normal plea from the powers that be for all Malaysians to respect the decision of the Pardon Board. Huh!

WTF! Respect a decision that has nothing to do with justice and fair play? Come on lah!... this is 2024...where anybody with a computer and some keyboard skill can hammer out his take on the fact that the greatest thief in our Tanah Air is being given a 50% discount on his sentence and have their opinion published on the WWW in less that two shakes of a kerabau's tail. And so now PMX is having to deal with the backlash of that incomprehensible decision.

I only have this to say for now. Sit back, get some kuachi and teh tarik and take a seat. The Najib show ain't over yet. The Fat Lady has not sung....how can she sing when she herself is still waiting for her show to start!

I believe that common sense, the rule of law and public opinion, will prevail - Najib will still have a few more good years to spend in Kajang because anything else is a travesty of justice and of all things good in this fucked up country of ours. In other words...let us keep that MF in Kajang for the rest of his sentence and for the rest of the sentences that will come his way in the other charges that he is facing!

Enough said

Despite stepping down, Mahathir remains a prominent figure, positioning himself as the kingmaker with the ability to influence the selection of the next prime minister. This enduring influence is facilitated by enablers who manipulate public opinion in Malaysia through various means, including journalists and professional such as prominent lawyers who are active in social media.

In addition to political maneuvering, Mahathir's strategy to stay relevant involves a significant emphasis on financial influence. Money politics has become synonymous with Mahathir, and he ensures that his supporters, including cronies and family members, have access to substantial financial resources. This financial backing not only secures loyalty but also enables those aligned with him to exert influence within the political arena.

The recent crackdown on individuals attempting to undermine the PMX government underscores the dynamic relationship between power, money, and influence in Malaysian politics. It reflects Mahathir's ongoing efforts to maintain relevance and control, showcasing the intricate interplay of political forces in the country.

The public is grateful to MACC for proactively addressing issues related to TDM and Daim, without direct political interference from PMX, by scrutinizing their associates like Naimah, Mohzani , and Mirzan.

Arguably the richest man in Malaysia. Probably the most sinister finance minister that ever prowled the corridors of power. Without doubt, the most prolific user of proxies in and out of government. A man who have made others who have done his bidding rich, but made himself much much richer. The man who had served Umno and our nation when called to do so, but never failing in the process, to served himself better. And in doing all this and more, Daim Zainuddin has kept his deeds, misdeeds and devious instructions, shrouded in mystery and ultimately hidden from prying eyes by the ingenious means of penciling his instructions and then having those incriminating self serving instructions erased forever.

Like his devious exploits in the financial arena, this slight, short and quiet man was no slouch when it comes to matters of the sexual kind. Numerous marriages, possible dalliances with delectable sweet young things and enough goings on in his confusing matrimonial merry go round to make us all wonder whom he was married or not married to, and who was his first, second, third or maybe even fourth spouse!

Some may see, in this man, the makings of a financial genius who was able to achieve almost legendary status given what he has amassed in his lifetime from initial failed business beginnings. Some may even think Daim to be a Malay hero able to give the Chinses a run for their money when it comes to business undertakings. There may or may not be some truth in all of these tales BUT in truth, this diminutive small man, is nothing more that a greedy, conniving bully who went about the business of taking for himself and taking from others, what ever he can, to make himself filthy rich. Never having any regard for the welfare or suffering of others whom he had exploited and used for his own financial gains. Daim Zainuddin is a financial Machiavelli of the worst kind...successful in his endeavors of stealing, scamming and simply taking for himself, what he wants from other to sate his unbridled greed.

And on Monday January 29th 2024, all his yesterdays caught up with him.

For reasons that escapes me, he was NOT dressed in orange with the legend "LOKUP SPRM" boldly emblazed on the attire he was wearing. He was not handcuffed nor did he arrived in a Black Maria. Instead we saw a frail old man in a wheelchair, being pushed by his minder, into the court room. Not only was one of his eye missing, but what was obviously missing was the Daim who once thought himself invincible against all comers, untouchable and above the law.

And what was he in court for?

Kesalahan Daim simple aja. Pada bulan February, MACC minta Daim declare asset. Dia minta lima kali extension. In November 2023 final extension. Daim submit asset declaration to SPRM tampa memasoki asset yang amat jelas: WISMA ILHAM bangunan 60 tingkat jelas dalam nama Neamah dan anak Daim. Dia tak declare!

Ini tidak ada kena mengena dengan PMX. So kenapa Daim marah kapada PMX? Dan di kaitakan ini dengan keadaan ekonomi dan kadar matawang! Kadar ringgit jatuh kerana US$ very strong dan Bank Negara Malaysia refuse to increase OPR. US interest rate is now 5.5 %. Ringgit interest rate only 3%. Tak ada kena mengena dengan PMX!

Daim, do not worry too much about the state of our country. Worry about the coming days that will see you in the Dock stripped off all of your past positions, glory and any respect that old age should accord you. You will be at the mercy and deliberation of the court who surely uncover, expose and perchance, convict you for the wrongs that you have inflicted upon so many others and upon our nation.

Enough said.

Cakap cakap...bloody country run by Mafias?

We live in interesting times.
We live in interesting times. Anwar Ibrahim is prime minister. There is a government in Putrajaya with Pakatan Harapan, Barisan Nasional, and an East Malaysian block all in cahoots with each other doing government....good government! We have an Opposition that dares to think, with some relevance, that they could be doing government dalam masa terdekat. And the natives are restless, and with good reasons because they know that in the last election they have rid themselves of some of the riff raffs that had cluttered the political horizon...some of the riff raffs but not all.

Azam Baki is still at SPRM. Dia tidak memberi image yang baik bagi SPRM. Tainted, his integrity questioned, his tenure extended by no less a person than PMX himself who believes that you need a thief to catch a thief. Surely a contentious extension to an already contentious Commissioner of SPRM who had served the political agenda of other political masters? And now he is serving PMX political agenda? Not good. Not right.

In the past we had Najib whose 'lanun' ways....possibly a legacy of his Bugis origins....have resulted in his incarceration. Today we have Anwar whose fight against corruption transcends all previous expectations, but questions are being asked of the manner he is doing it....and the common consensus is that there need to be a change in MACC sooner rather than later if confidence in its ability to be open, fair and independent of any political 'interference" is to be restored!

A changing of the guard at Istana Negara, may give one some inkling of what is to come. This is no ordinary King that we will have in the coming days. He has the courage to act on his own convictions. Like his prime minister, he is against corruption. Just think! A King and his prime minister, together against corruption! How good is that?

How goes the deep state? The Civil Service? The Chinese says that a fish rots from the head down.....no greater truth of that can be seen than in the civil service today. How long has the KSN been holding on to his post? How embedded is his "way" of doing things that has NOT served the interest of our nation? How low is the moral within the Civil Service because of Zuki "ways"? ENOUGH! No more extension to Zuki Ali's tenure as KSN. Retire him at the end of his two year extension ending in August 10th 2024...if not earlier.

And what is going on in PDRM? Pasukan Polis yang sekarang dah hilang hala tuju! Will he or will he not go? And who will replace him. Please Mr. PMX end the speculation and the uncertainty within PDRM. I think the incoming King will have his choice as to who will rule the roost in Bukit Aman....and until that happens, uneasy lies the head that wears the PDRM crown.

Enough said!

Time gives clarity to many of life uncertainties. Sometimes all it takes is for us to step back and think again if what we are about to do is the right thing to do...sometimes it will take weeks, months even years for that clarity to dawn. Some are left to wander endlessly wondering when, if ever, they would be able to unravel the great mysteries that bedevil us all...that of the meaning of life.

I can only speak of my own life.

What I know now of life is what I know of life in my early teens when I was not quite fifteen...when I realized that I could do just about anything I want to do in my life and to my life, BUT, I must lie in the bed I have made for myself. Nothing and nobody else rule my life better than myself. Knowing this makes me the master of my own domain. And there is no need for anything or anybody else to rule my life uninvited. Try it. It will liberate you!

The Rules of Engagements is that there are no rules. No boundaries. No sense of right or wrong. Everyone is fair game. When Daim is indispose, Naemah will serve their purpose...but DSAI did not make these rules. Others do.

Naemah says power is brief. But PMX must watch her well for there is no fury on earth quite like a woman scorned!

And what of Tun Mahathir? His body language shows that he is nervous. How not to be nervous when billions are at stake. Dah mula cakap Anwar tak grateful. Bawa case Statutory Declaration of Murad. SPRM dah buat sisatan, tapi Tun kata not true. Dah mula cakap merapu.

Today Naemah. Esok Daim?

Tunggu! Kena tunggu dia keluar hospital first.

Next Mirzan?

Anak anak Mahathir?

Anak anak Mahathir is a tale that simply astounds! Take the acquisition of Konsortium Perkapalan assets by MISC from Mirzan. It needs the approval of the Perdana Menteri aka Tun Mahathir, his father, as per the Petroleum Development Act. So how come when MACC questioned Hassan Marican, he said not true! He said it only need Petronas board approval. Hassan is not telling the truth. He is protecting Tun Mahathir. Maybe we should question his loyalty.......whether to Tun Mahthir or PMX. Whether to Singapore or Malaysia? Do not forget that the takeover of Konsortium Perkapalan Asset by MISC from Mahathir's son Mirzan, in 1998 costs Petronas RM$900 million. Woooha! How much is that in today's money? The cumulative price increase over that time is 100% ---- ONE POINT EIGHT BILLION RINGGIT. Another Wooha!

What are we to make of all this?

Mahathir, Daim, Muhyiddin, Hadi, PAS, BERSATU, the Green Wave, devoid of any ideas for economy, are throwing the kitchen sink at Anwar, and still Anwar stands alone against their onslaught, unbowed and courageously facing whatever comes his way.

Where is REFORMASI?

Where are those who should fight Anwar's battles for him? Where are those who should be with him in this fight against overwhelming odds? He is alone against Mahathir, Daim, Muhyiddin, Hadi, PAS, BERSATU, the Green Wave....he is alone against corruption! Do you not think it is time we join him in this fight against corruption and all those who have profited hideously from it?

The educated Malays, especially in the Civil Service need to realize that the future for them and their children are in their hands and in the hands of enlightened Malay leadership. They should join all those right thinking Malays and Malaysians who should all be with our PMX as he takes our nation to recovery and out of its slide into a failed state.

Come what may, our PMX has made his intentions clear. You ain't seen nothing yet! DSAI must prevail. You, me and DSAI, let us put all those corrupt bastard in jail.

The tales of what our Malay political leaders have done in the name of government, race, religion and the getting of obnoxious personal wealth for themselves, would make those who seek to find the truth of what really has happened during the times that we are now living in, wonder what is truth and what is fiction.

Are they expected to believe that a prime minister will engage in looting, scamming and stealing billions from the national coffers to enrich his children and himself?

Are they expected to believe that that same prime minister, will appoint a finance minister who will aid and abet that prime minister to engage in looting, scamming and stealing billions from the national coffers to enrich his children and himself, while doing the same for himself?

Are they expected to believe that the prime minister, the finance minister, his ministers and the powers that be in government are all engage in looting, scamming and stealing billions from the national coffers on an industrial scale that has never been seen before ......ever?

All this looting, scamming and stealing of billions were done not for one or two years, not for one of two decades, but for a time long enough to cause our people, our nation and our future great harm, sufferings and misery that cannot be simply explained by that immortal line "GREED IS GOOD" because that quote from Wall Street seemed inadequate when seen in the light of what has been done by Mahathir, Daim, Najib to name a few, during their time in and out of public office.

The following lists will serve as a reminder to us all of what these bastards have done in the name of government and why those immortal lines uttered in the film Wall Street, "GREED IS GOOD" is totally inadequate to describe what these bastards have done to satisfy their own greed - because their greed has left our people, our nation and our future in tatters.

BUT for these bastards, and for as long as there is life within them, retribution will come. Or should I say, for some of them, retribution has come!

,retribution. noun. ret·ri·bu·tion ˌre-trə-ˈbyü-shən. : punishment imposed (as on a convicted criminal) for purposes of repayment or revenge for the wrong committed.

If truth is to be told, what our PMX is now doing, in going after the perpetrators and traitors that has caused our nation and our people great harm and misery, is not enough. I do not want to just be witness to the trials and tribulations of these bastards. I do not just want to see the wheels of justice slowly turn and mete out punishment and just desserts to these bastards. Nor do I want to see them just found guilty and, after years of appeals after appeals, finally jailed. No sir, none of this is enough punishment for these bastards.

I want to see them being led to court dressed in orange, handcuffed and paraded for the public to see on every day of their trial. I want their time in court, in the docks, to be screened live for the public to see. I want every question put to them by the prosecution, every answer that they, or their lawyers make to those questions, be seen by every Malaysians. All their trials and tribulations we want to witness because only by so doing, can the healing start. Only by seeing these bastards on trial and seeing them reduced to being common criminals can our people begin to believe that good will prevail over evil. That in the final analysis, justice will prevail.....and then maybe, our people will start to believe that there is, after all, ALLAH ....GOD....or whatever you may call that divine being, that is watching over all of us, to ensure that good, will eventually triumph, over evil.

Enough said.

We live in interesting times. How interesting you may ask?

Consider this. On Saturday I was with a group of thirty. All Malays. Almost all of them can lay claims to be knowledgeable of things Malaysians dulu, kini dan akan datang in the manner of those who have seen our Tanah Air up close and personal in the last decade and more...the majority of whom were over sixty years old and counting.

Today, Sunday, half of my day was spend attending a Chinese wedding at the Thean Hou Temple in Taman Persiaran Desa in the company of Chinese, almost all of them in the same age group as the groom....around thirty.

These Chinese and Malays, and I am certain any other Malaysians you may care to include, are concerned about the state of our nation and what the future will bring them. As stakeholders in this vibrant and multi racial nation, they are acutely aware that what PMX do today will determine their future and whether they are old or young and anybody in between, they want to have a say in how things should be in this nation of our. And PMX better listen to them.

I can sense their expectations, hear them articulate their fears and worries as we talk and argue about the things happening around us.....the incoming new King, the determination of our PMX to fight corruption by words and deeds, and they applaud PMX courage to go for the previously untouchables who are most to blame for the ills of our nation and our people.

I did not sense any of the bitterness that the past may have inflicted upon any of them and from all of them there was belief that Malaysia will not let them down - Malaysia will prevail and so shall they.

In these two groups of Malaysians there was no bitterness or resentfulness towards each other or towards others who may have given them cause to be so. They are not each other enemies but there is still a distance between them that has to be bridged. I was the only Malay guests at the Chinese wedding...and there was only one other non Malay in the Malay gathering...a far cry from the Malaya that I was born in, and later the Malaysia that that Malaya became....for I can still remember how different and better things were then when it came to all things racial. We were all Malaysians then.

Maybe I should try to be amongst the Malays and Chinese in Kedah, Perlis, Terengganu and Kelanatan where I am told, things are different. Not better but different BUT I am in KL, and in KL, things are good.

And you cannot get any more elitist, privileged and self serving entitled few than Tun Mahathir, Daim and family kan? Yes and family! To what do they owe this displeasure of being a person of interest to the powers that be?

You can start with GREED!

Only greed can explain a man like Daim who has amassed wealth in the hundreds of millions, if not billions, by ways and means that skips the light fandago to makes one wonders if what he does can be treason. If Daim and Mahathir is at the top of the list, can you imagine who is at number three, four, five and so on and so fourth. The mind boggles!

Be as it may, let us focus on what may come next. The FIGHTBACK against the man who has made it his fight to rid our Tanah Air of corruption. I am referring to the man who by deed, action and probably need, have said...."YOU CAN BE TUN OR TAN SRI, BUT WE WILL TAKE ACTION"....we will take action if you are corrupt.

But what action can they take against our PMX?

To take action against PMX, you start with a Police Report kan? Then the Police make their investigation and submit their findings to the Attorney General's office, who will decide on what action to take next. Will the AG decide to prosecute or have the file stamped NFA (No Further Action). Before it can even go to court to start the prosecution or, as their lawyers will insist, the persecution of their clients, what do you think will happen if someone, .anyone...makes a police report accusing PMX of being corrupt? I am NOT saying that the Police are bias or are for or against PMX....I am just asking what happens to someone who makes a report against PMX?

Remember what happened to Lim Guan Eng when he set out to defend the Malay girl whom Rahim Thamby Chik raped? Guan Eng ended up in jail. Remember Ops Lallang? Memali? Remember the use of whatever force and means at the disposal of the then government against Reformasi and Bersih supporters? Remember the hundreds incarcerated under ISA? Remember all this and ask yourself what this Madani Uity Government under PMX should do to those treasonous corrupt people who have stole billions from our Tanah Air for themselves?

Remember all the use and abuse of political power against those hundreds if not ten of thousand of Malaysians who have wanted to do the right thing for Malaysia and have instead been punished, physically and mentally abused by the then powers that be and thrown into a cell for all their trouble? And who were the powers that be then? Mahathir, Daim to name just two. You know and I know who there are lah!

So think of all this and ask yourself what should our Madani government do with Tun Mahathir, Daim, their families and others who are corrupt?

What a simple question to answer....take the long knives out, sharpen their blades and put that sword to good use.

Enough said.

I was with another one of them in Melbourne, and was told by one of his batchmates on that same Saturday "I’m surprised he’s still in Melbourne because we have a reunion at Prep school on the 9th! He better be on the train with us!" And another in KL has told me that everything is on hold until after the reunion in KK. ...so even if I had flown all the way from Melbourne to KL to cakap cakap with him, I too will have to wait after KK is done.

Multiply that by 60 other MCOBS, all over 60, all on that train to KK....and you are not wrong in thinking that there must be something in the air and water in KK that has somehow made those 60 MCOBS trip the light fantastic bringing them back to their old Alma Mater. Fiat, Sapientia Virtus (Manliness Through Wisdom). Back to the MC that is in KK.

The one in Perth tells me the idea was mooted a couple of years ago when he asked why were they celebrating the final year of kolej days when they should really be celebrating their coming together 50 years ago when they met for the first time on January 3rd 1974. Already 12 of them have already departed.

They made commemorative T-shirts for different legs of the journey, and specially designed cap, and a coffee tumbler. The highlight is when they don their white baju Melayus, complete with Kolej Sampin and have dinner with the freshly minted first formers at Prep School for dinner!

Those of you who know us MCOBs will shake your head in that slow and steady manner (as the Indians do when they say "yes" but look like they are saying "no") and you will bring yourself to smile and say "let sleeping dogs lie". If 60 over 60s MCOBs want to go back to KK for a few days, who are we to question why? Life is good.

Very well said, dear Brother Hussein. My main take from this wonderful piece you have written is more about the redemptive power and possibilities of our new King rather than the "pendatangs" .

The latter are simply symptomatic of the corruption and abuse of power by politicians where instead of proper and meaningful manpower policies they went in for the kill to get their ill-gotten share "by the pieces". For the largest part of the time since Independence, the wealth and future of Malaysia have been squandered and frittered away by our politicians who are the real bastards. If both of these ABUSIVENESS and ABOMINATION aren't stopped NOW there would be nothing left to look forward towards the future but abject miseries and wretchedness for our Rakyat.

So, even if it is not exactly "constitutionally" proper, but desperate times require appropriate measures. As a Johorian I love my Sultan and I believe that his two qualities, fearlessness and his love and caring for the well-being of his people, both would put him in good stead to deliver with PMX , THE MOMENT, which may never come again. To the power and glory of our King and our People.

The Constitution says Mr King has no business to be in business. Nor is Mr. King an executive to be involved in making decisions for or on behalf of the government, and yet, being King, reconciling the two is expected of him. In a nation where power, real or imagined is decided by the constitution or by convention, and, maybe at times, that power is the domain of those determined to use that power for good and not for evil, as the incoming YDPA has vowed to do, Sultan Ibrahim of Johor can surely be the King for all season. A King who is ready to cope with any contingency and whose behaviour is always appropriate to every occasion of his reign as our Yang di Pertuan Agong......and Malaysians welcome His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim because in him resides the King this Madani government and our nation needs to herald a new dawn of change and a new beginning that starts with the eradication of that most despicable of our nation ills.....CORRUPTION.

How good can that be?

Sultan Ibrahim's urging Anwar to put corrupt people In jail even if they are 100 years old has resonated with the rakyat who are sick and tired of people getting away with crimes committed against our nation because of power, money, privilege, and, old age. What Sultan Ibrahim is telling Anwar is simply this: If they do the crime, let them do the time!

Can you imagine how things will change?

PDRM, MACC, all the authorities, and the Civil Service have been put on notice that the incoming YDPA will be keeping his royal eye on them. And if the mood moves him, this Royal is not beyond summoning any errant subject to his palace to hear for himself, any mischief done to his government, to his people, and his Tanah Air by any of his subjects.

The injustice perpetrated on Altantantuya, Teoh Beng Hock, Kugan, on the ,14-year-old Malaysian student Aminulrasyid, Amzah who was fatally shot, by PDRM, where is Pastor Raymond Koh....why are Malay kids out at 3 am on the roads riding ,modified bicycles waiting to be killed..., why are politicians so filthy rich...the lists go on and one...and these are the things that Sultan Ibrahim, the incoming YDPA will make it his business to know.

How good can that be for all of us, for our nation, and for all those who have been deprived of justice for so long?

Can you imagine what the incoming YDPA will want done if Tuanku is to know of the legal and illegal pendatangs who have taken over parts of Kuala Lumpur and other parts of our nation - not to mention the jobs and businesses that Malaysians should do that are now being done by these pendatangs - thus depriving our people of the opportunity to do it themselves? And can you imagine how upset the YDPA will be when he finds out about the exploitation of these pendatangs by the very people who should be responsible for their management? I am certain that Tuanku Sultan Ibrahim as the YDPA will want the problems of the millions of illegal pendatangs in his nation, under his reign, to be resolved dengan segara!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiKs_lBVPOA
2024 will indeed be an interesting year for PMX, Malaysia, and Malaysians with Sultan Ibrahim of Johor as King and the Sultan of Perak as the Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong. A formidable Royal team indeed.

Daulat Tuanku. Long live the King.

The fear and desperation is palpable.

Mahathir, Daim, Mauhyiddin, Hamzah now understand the meaning of fear. The fear of arrest. The fear of being helpless to do anything to defend themself as the authorities who once took orders from them, now move against them. The fear that nothing now stands between their prosecution and conviction for the crimes that they have committed while holding public office.

With fear comes desperation! Desperate that their money can no longer hold off their impending political demise. Desperate that nothing....not title, not past and present political alliances, and not even past comrades in arms, will take their calls what more do anything to save them from a fate worse than death - that of being Najib's cellmate dalam masa terdekat.

And that fear and desperation are being felt by family and friends because they all now know that nothing can save them from the same fate as what is now facing their father, brothers, and anyone else who has been their 'protector' from prosecution for crimes committed.

Anwar, Zahid Hamidi, and Abang Johari are together. Nothing can come between these three who understand that in themselves, the fate of our nation and our people reside. No amount of money can buy them. No promise of power or position can tempt them because power and position they already have. No threats from any quarters can harm them for as the Malay say....BERANI KERANA BENAR!

The OPPOSITION did not learn its lesson in 2022 when that Din guy said no to his King when invited to form a government with Anwar Ibrahim. And now do they expect the King to forget that kurang hajar by Muhyiddin upon his Royal self? Not on your life.

The Opposition has exhausted ALL...and I mean ALL avenues, to oust DSAI from office.

Their attempts to take government were never a starter. For sure there was money to buy anyone who needed and wanted to be bought to turn them against the Unity Government. In theory and on paper, there were even enough lawmakers to make it happen. They had everything.....but courage. They lacked political courage, for that is what it takes to go against a sitting government that has already secured for itself the right to govern via parliament and had also received unprecedented royal approval and support to ensure that PMX will complete his term of office.

All that now remains is for PMX and his Unity government to do government to the best of their ability for the next four years before the next general election is called. Enough said.
