Malaysian Indian Action Committee (MIAC) to look into the fraudulence and misappropriation of govt funds meant for Indians coupled with despicable acts:

1. Dato G Palanivel (land grab in Hulu Selangor)

2. Samy Vellu (Maika Holdings fraud which destroyed poor Indians of this nation; hijacking AIMST university)

3. TNB meter reader Nadarajah who controls temple fund is a pure nominee of Samy Vellu. BATU CAVES, KL MARIAMMAN & THE GREAT HOLY PUDU KOTTUMALAI PILLAIYAR TEMPLES are under one committee.

Assets of the 3 temples estimated @ RM400 million. How do they siphon out the temple money ?

They use the temple fund to buy lots of properties for the fund BUT every property is firstly bought by their nominee company then sold to the temple fund at highly inflated prices.

4. Vell Pari (Murder case & bungalow in Perth, corruption)

5. Dr Shakti (He was given a license to own & operate a Hospital in Kelang for falsifying Sujata's cause of death)

6. Mugilan (cow contract for poor Indians in Hulu Sgor).

10. Dato Kamalanathan (funds related to the development of Serendah Tamil school).

13. Tan Sri Vickneswaran (abuse of power in making millions through his top notch gangster brother Seroja Bala).

Seroja Bala hijacked a KTM land and built an illegal Nagamma temple in Jln Seroja Kelang. All contractors are unpaid and threatened.

A Chinese contractor was hit on the head with iron rod for asking his payment and he bled profusely. People working in the temple had a first hand view of this true incident.

This is one of the least cruel things he did, so you can imagine the rest. AND his brother Vikneswaran was the Barisan National Dewan Rakyat speaker.

We were informed that Seroja Bala openly claims that Rosmah Mansor and Hishamuddin gave him the green light to build the temple on the KTM land.

14. Dato Saravanan (NAAM grant misappropriation from KBS and murders).

15. Datuk Basil misuse funds in Melaka.

16. Datuk P.Pannirchelvam Kota Melaka MIC Chairman. Swindled funds in the name of opening a tuition centre.

17. Shanmuganathan of Melaka. BSN account of millions.

18. Lotus Group cheating - hijacked Desaru Hotel complex for RM17.5 million from Danaharta when loan outstanding was RM227 million.

The daily traffic jam in Jln Gasing is caused by the grossly inconsiderate attitude of the management of Lotus Restaurant and Lotus Store.

19. Vijay Eswaran - Qi & quest net, set up Quest University in Ipoh on a govt land which was owned by a company that bought the land for RM25,000 and sold to quest university for RM44 million. The sale proceeds were channeled to ousted MB Zambry.

20. Maran temple - A super rich temple controlled by a small group of gangsters. No newcomers allowed in the committee or face death if dared.

21. Banting lawyer Pathmanathan, murderer of Mdm. Susilawati. Sometimes I feel the Malay race is an innocently cursed race. If this innocent lady was alive, someday, she would have acquired or taken over AVON Cosmetics.

Pathmanathan is still not hung yet as his father paid Rosmah Mansor RM10 million for conversion of death sentence to life sentence and later may be released on good behavior. Let's push for his hanging.
