Why no open tender.

What has cleaning, and deepening of Sungai Klang got to do with housing projects on both sides of the river?

What ringgit of perks, allowance, bonuses, and benefits are you and exco members receiving when they become directors of Landsan Lumayan Berjaya Sdn Bhd - the SPV for the project? Effective from the date of appointment until now. Amirudin has been there since 04-03-2021...almost two years!

And who pays - MB Inc, Berjaya or Landasan Lumayan Berjaya Sdn Bhd.?

If Berjaya holds 55% and 45% is held by LLSB (MBI subsidiary), does that mean that at Board Meetings, the MB & Exco member will be like 'lembu kena tarik hidung' ...that they have to 'bow' to Berjaya?

Or does MB Inc have a golden vote that can override Berjaya at any time, over any issues, having to do with the Joint Venture?

So please Mr. MB ....just answer the above questions, and we will decide if you and the Selangor Exco members seconded to the JV are working demi Bangsa, Agama dan Negara or you guys are just taking a ride on the gravy train and laughing all the way to the bank!

The Selangor Maritime Gateway some 56 km from the sea is a moneymaker. But for whom?

Sources tell me a foreign NGO offered all the equipment free to clean up the river. Can YAB please tell us why this was not taken up and undertaken by some company for a cost much much cheaper than RM 700 million?

It really looks like a poor deal, or sham deal has been done which has robbed the Rakyat of Selangor. There are many needy people in Selangor who could have benefitted from a housing project for the people. Now we will have a Berjaya housing project for the elite.

There was no need to connect the cleaning of the river with a luxury real estate project that only benefits the rich.
