I was in Malaysia for 4 days recently.

My observation is that the nons are prospering in spite of the severe discrimination they have faced since Razak time. The majority of the malays are civil servants and grab drivers.

My own nephews nieces are all proficient in both BM n English and are being headhunted often. My 63 yr old sister is still being headhunted by global universities.

The neighbor Chinese boys, 20 and 21 are in IT video and aircraft maintainance and also in high demand by USA firms. The niece boyfriend from rural poor background with no opportunity to pursue university self-taught himself and at a young age travels the world as a cybersecurity specialist. He's Indian.

So the nons have leaped far and beyond and multinationals seek them out.

The poor Malays are in civil service and grab delivery. I feel so sad that the tongkat that was given to them from birth has stunted them. I felt a lot of sadness that UMNO and the corruption among the rich 10% have managed to stunt this beautiful kind cultured race. I have no idea and no advice on how this whole travesty is going to unveil.

I m back in Oz and the sadness is still with me.
