cakap cakap....Quarantine.

Yesterday I found out that I have been in close contact with a Covid Infected friend. A Malaysian friend. A Malaysian Chinese friend...but not from DAP. So I know it was not a politically motivated infection!

I was feeling good while Lawrence, that non-DAP Chinese friend, was miserable and under the weather. That was three days ago. Yesterday, as I was about to go out to the supermarket to get some groceries, I saw that note on the door from my son. He insisted that I call DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services) to be sure that I was OK. And I did.

Since the time I spent with Lawrence was only two hours - (the minimum time you need to spend with a close contact before you are deemed to be in "close contact" with anyone, is four hours) and since healthwise I was feeling great, I was told that while I still do need to monitor my condition, I need not self-quarantine nor do I need to take a Rapid Antigen Test!

So all you Cyber Troopers out there...go jump into the river, preferably at the deep end where hopefully there will be a buaya or two. I am back blogging.Life is good.
