Zahid Hamidi's best friend in politics is Najib Razak. ....which gives you some idea of the difficulty that Zahid Hamid has in making friends.

Ismail Sabri, Hishamuddin Hussein, Khairy Jamaluddin, and many other Umno leaders have nothing good to say about Zahid Hamid. Why? Because they don't like him.

And if any of you are wondering if Zahid Hamidi is a good Umno president...just go and ask him. He will tell you that he is a good Umno president who will lead Umno through its current troubles and take it back to its glory days after BN wins PRU15....and we already know that PRU15 is over and done with, and Umno has had its worst electoral defeat ever.

You can say many things about Zahid Hamidi.

Maybe he is corrupt. That will be for the courts to decide.

Maybe he is too focused on trying to get a pardon for that convicted felon in Kajang - but ask yourself this...would you not do the same if your best friend is Najib Razak, and he is in jail?

And despite Umno's resolution that there will be "No Anwar" he, as its president, has covertly maintained his links with Anwar until today because like Najib, Anwar is his friend.

Long story short, Zahid Hamidi is not a good politician. He wears his heart on his sleeve.

That is why Najib Razak never involved Zahid Hamidi in the billions that Najib scammed under 1MDB.

That is why during the Covid Pandemic, we do not hear of Zahid's involvement in siphoning any of the RM6 billion that the Muhyiddin-led PN government claimed they had spent in combating Covid.

• Who flew to Dubai to get the Sino Pharm, the better of the Chinese Vaccination, while the Rakyat got the inferior Sino Vac? Not Zahid Hamidi.

• Who are the individuals who were in power during the two lockdowns and the so-called Emergency? These are the people who do not want another government to look at the Treasury accounts between 2020-2022 when billions were spent without Parliamentary scrutiny, and approval and are still unaccounted for today. Not Zahid Hamidi.

Zahid Hamidi is not as devious as the other Umno politicians. He does not involve himself in political charades, intricate plots, and complex factional power play that involves financial and political gains for its perpetrators. And the reason he does not do so, for me, is simply this - he does not have the intellect nor the guile to do so.

As I told you earlier...Zahid Hamidi wears his heart on his sleeves. He tells us what he wants to do.

He wants Najib pardoned. He wants an early election. We know why he wants the early election - he wants a political solution to the problems of the Umno court cluster.

As President of Umno he alone will decide who will be Umno's candidate in the election - so in his simple mind, he will field his own candidate in PRU15 and after PRU15 he will be in charge of Umno and be PM of an Umno government and solve the problems of the Umno Court Cluster.

What Zahid Hamidi forgot was simply this - he had to win PRU15 first! The rest is history.

Today there are many in Umno who are calling for Zahid Hamidi's resignation as President of Umno. Under his leadership Umno had suffered its worst electoral defeat in a general election. Do not speak of responsibility, honor, or duty to Zahid Hamidi. ...he has no awareness of all these values. So, at best, what we can expect of Zahid Hamidi is simply this...until they physically drag him screaming and yelling out of the President's office at PWTC ...he will remain as Umno's President.

And the moral of this tale? None! As Forrest Gump said, "Stupid is as Stupid does!".

And as for stupidity within Umno...listen to this...you will learn a lot...
