Given Enough Rope, He Did Hang Himself in Johor!

Do you think the country can sustain the feverish 24/7 pace of politics that it has now been under for the past two years since Langkah Shearton?

A pace driven by irresponsible politicians focussed solely on their own personal agendas without any other considerations past that of trying to escape justice for their kleptocratic ways during their time in public office?

And that pace has not abated. If anything, it is serving the interest of these irresponsible politicians to push the nation towards political Armageddon. Surely the goings-on in Johore confirms this. The nation is close, if not past, its breaking point. The only thing holding the nation together is numbness and fatigue. People are numbed with the constant crescendo of in your face politics that threatens to overwhelm them physically and mentally. People are numbed by the barrage of senseless political rhetoric being shoved in their face.

And no one....not one single faction, entity or political individual, does this more nauseatingly as that sad excuse of a feral politician, that convicted felon from Pekan. Najib Razak is holding the whole nation to hostage in order that he can remain free from having to serve that damming sentence already pronounced over him for charges of criminal breach of trust, money laundering and abuse of power!

Why do we suffer him so? Why do we allow that convicted felon and the Umno court cluster to dictate their political agenda over ours? Since when have we Malaysian bowed down to a handful of kleptocratic politicians facing their day in Sungai Buloh and in court, to impose their impossibly feral will upon us all? Since the past seven decades that's when!

But this time around, I think the convicted felon and his band of kleptocratic brigands have got their sums wrong. They thought that after Malacca they can sweep across the nation through a series of state PRN that will either cause Ismail Bera to call for an early PRU15 or bring the nation to its knees as one by one, the various states are subject to an election - an election that has no rhyme or reason other than to allow the convicted felon and the Umno court cluster to tighten their noose over the long-suffering rakyat and force us to kowtow to their demand that justice, in their case, must be denied.

Instead, what has happened in Johor in the last few weeks has shown us that the convicted felon had miscalculated and peaked too early in his intent to have other State PRNs, that he had hoped, would eventually lead to an early PRU15. Surely the feverish political pace we have seen in Malacca and Johor cannot be sustained? This is evident in the final few days of the Johor PRN campaign, when the convicted felon has been seen to lose his grip on reality - in parliament and in the manner he had conducted the Johor PRN.

After PRN Malacca where the convicted felon led BN to regained its two-thirds majority in Melaka, he thought that Johor would be more of the same. If you asked the convicted felon just a month ago, how many of the 56 seats in the Johore State Legislative Assembly, Umno will win...the retort from Umno will be, at least 40 over seats! Today on election eve....that retort is a more subdued, Inshallah, maybe 25 to 30 seats. ALLAH, not the convicted felon, will decide.

The convicted felon is being mocked in Johor. He hears shouts of "Siapa penyamun, siapa bohong?" echoing around him. The tide has turned against him. The Green Berets that escorted him ka sana ka sini are no longer to be seen. They have been reprimanded by their peers for shaming the Green Berets in their association with a convicted felon. Yes, the crowds have been flocking to the Ceramahs held by the convicted felon, but they are there for the same reasons that ghouls and crowds gather around any ghastly accident...they are there not to help the victims of the accident but to gawk. And that is what they are doing in Johor. Gawk at the spectacle of a son of Tun Razak, who was once the all conquering PM, now reduced to being a comic BossKu and the queen controlled husband of a Black Magic Shaman that practices her pagan rituals in Seri Perdana! Our Seri Perdana!

Do you really expect this convicted felon to survive Johor? Huh...it will be a cold day in hell if Najib Razak can ever lead Umno, not in another state PRN, not in another PRU...no Sir...it will be a cold day in Hell if Umno will again allow Najib to lead it to anywhere. Najib is the man Umno gave enough rope to, so that he can hang himself. And he just did in Johor.
