Is this another hot-shot lawyer man about town who thinks himself able to stay afloat when the ship he is sailing on is sinking?

In a desperate attempt to secure his release, Sirul was duped into illegally making a video while he was in detention in Villawood. A video in which he exonerates Najib Razak - then prime minister of Malaysia - of any involvement in the murder of Altantuya. As to why Najib Razak, prime minister of Malaysia, needs to be exonerated of being involved in the murder of Altantuya, is a question you need to ask Najib himself.

• Who duped Sirul into making the video?

• How was it done?

• Was Sirul paid anything to do the video? 

• Did anybody else make a lot of money out of making that video?

• Who was investigated under AMLA but then had the case reclassified under Income Tax (Land Revenue) and opted to pay the compounds instead of going to court?

We now have Hasnal Rezua Merican telling us that there is no truth in Sirul's claims that he was paid to do the video.

A word of advice to Hasnal Rezua Merican.

Najib Razak is now in jail. Sirul, for all intents and purposes, is a free man in Australia and now has access to media and anybody else he chooses to talk about the things he could not talk about when he was in detention in Villawood. And if you do not behave yourself, he, and a few others in Australia and Malaysia, might start talking about you on things that you will not want them to talk about. And if all the talking starts I do not think you will be able to talk your way out of why you say that Sirul is lying when Sirul is not lying. Kapish.

So I suggest, for now, Hasnal Rezua Merican, you make like a tree and just STFU.
