Justice and Hope in Our Time.

In the fullness of time, the evil deeds that one does upon others would be made right, simply because there are more good people among us than there are bad people. We have endured corrupt leaders, arrogant and self-serving leaders, and leaders who have committed treason in the name of government, and even now, as I write this, these leaders are still among us strutting along the corridors of power, still with the intent and the means to impose their vain and selfish will upon us. ...but for how long?

Today not one political entity, not one political faction or leader, not one individual is able to impose their political will upon anyone, what more on the people of Malaysia, without the assistance of others. The truth of the matter is that today, Malaysia's political frontiers are limitless and the potential for change, to do good or evil, lies within the grasp of the Rakyat, and the people who are with the political will to do what is right or, God forbid, impose their political will upon us all.

Yes, Najib Razak is still a free man today, but for how long? The LCS debacle is an open sore that has been festering for decades. How long will Lodin Wok continue to pretend that he was not the servant doing the bidding of his political masters? Mindef, Kazanah, PDRM, Tabung Haji, SPRM...every one of these institutions are cans of worms waiting to be exposed. Everywhere you care to look in Malaysia there are politicians and government servants waiting to be arrested for corruption and, even treason, and it is not a matter of if, but when they will be exposed.

Some are fearfully waiting to be punished for their misdeeds. Some defiantly so in the mistaken belief that a political solution will somehow be found to save them from what they deserve. One way or the other, a sense of finality that justice will ultimately be served, has now settled upon this wretched nation of ours. These treasonous criminals, mostly politicians, know that the possibility of them serving time for their misdeeds far outweighs the possibility of them being able to enjoy their ill-gotten gains in their old age. And for that, let us all say AMEN!

What will become of Najib Razak and Rosmah Mansor and others of their ilk? Najib's is already a convicted felon from the first of many other corruption trials that he will be facing for the rest of his life. Rosmah, without her bling and that sense of power that comes from being the wife of a prime minister, is simply an old has-been who never was anything of substance in her own right. They, and others who are corrupt and greedy during their time in public office, all now await their day of judgment.

There is an air of inevitability that in the fullness of time, all will be outed.

And what of the Royals? Their moral and religious authority has been severely tested, and they have been found wanting. Without their moral authority, they have nothing, for it is already a fact that they lack political power, and Mr. Sultan Down South has been reduced to gifting shoes to those he wants to do his bidding.

After the debacle of Forest City who wants to do business with Mr. Sultan Down South? After the Pahang Royals lost their AP to export sand, who will want to do business with the Pahang Royals. And maybe if the drug trade ever becomes legal, the Kelantan Royals might be able to find some businessmen willing to take them on as business partners - but in truth, who wants a drug addict as their business partner?

It is depressing to see that these thieves, sex addicts, and drug addicts are still among us...but not for long. Once Najib Razak is jailed, the floodgates will open and the beginning of the end will start in earnest. And there will be no going back.

They all know enough about the folly of each other to ensure that they will not go down by themselves. Every one of them, Ismail Sabri included, has things to hide. They have all been corrupt. All have abused their public office. All have done enough to be arrested, put on trial, and incarcerated for the things they have done....but will they be?

We can hope that once it starts, the wheels of justice will turn unceasingly to ensure that in the end, good will triumph over evil and that no mercy will be shown to anyone who has caused so much suffering and pain to the rakyat through their abuse of public office. And for those who have committed treason, life in prison or even death, must be the punishment.

All that we can hope for is that these corrupt politicians, thieves, robbers, drug addicts, sexual deviants, and errant royals that have all been allowed to exist, and even nurtured during the time of the Umno led Barisan Nasional, will be the victim of their own greed and corrupt ways, and that in good time, each will soon have their day in court to face the folly of their ways.
