Friday, May 13th. That date probably still invokes in some of our minds a painful memory of a situation that the fabric and foundation of our multiracial society is still fragile and has to be managed and nurtured carefully. Since that date in 1969 some of our leaders have capitalized on interethnic differences to build their political careers and caused further division within our society. Undoubtedly we have to move from that kind of leadership phase to one that prioritizes above all national unity, overall peace and progress. We have to think, live and work as one people with a shared destiny in a very competitive and turbulent regional environment. We need leaders who can do that. Good wishes for a pleasant Friday of peace, reflection and serenity🙏🏽🌹♥️🌹🙏🏽.
