Off to UK to discuss reforms to Malaysian Healthcare System! Cannot brian lah!

Wooha....Our Health Minister has gone to UK to meet with Malaysian medical experts there to discuss reforms! Reforms where? Reforms to the UK healthcare system or reforms to the Malaysian healthcare system?

You have been Minister for less than a month. Have you done any work to know what problems there are in the Malaysian Healthcare System? And if you have, what have you learned, and what are the reforms that are needed? Share with us, please!

And any time there are problems in Malaysia, are you going back to the UK to consult those Malaysian Medical experts? And why are these Malaysian medical experts in UK in the first place? Shouldn't they be in Malaysia in order to be experts in Malaysia's Healthcare System?
