PERSPECTIVE: PMX. Will He Listen?

ANON

Most people I speak to view our Brother Anwar as a distracted, angry , lonely and excitable person seeking popularity over unimportant issues.

His leadership is in danger of becoming a failed one.

He has to sit down with his cabinet over a few sessions and have a heart-to- heart talk on the challenges that face the government. It is about solid work to address serious problems, not more statements and shouting on the stage. Corruption allegations are not enough. Follow up investigations and decisions to charge the corrupt in court and proceed with the prosecution. He must seek the cooperation of the judiciary to prioritise corruption/ assets beyond reasonable capacity cases.

He has, in short to sit down and work. If he keeps travelling and lecturing he will lose all credibility. He needs to take a step back on the Palestine issue and persuade NGOs and political parties to champion that cause. He doesn't have to lead the charge. He is PM not the leader of ABIM or PBMUM.

Will he listen?
