Run Najib Run.....

This is what I wrote of Najib Razak in January 2009.

How this guy will shake off the excesses of his wife and himself from the time they knew each other (while married to other people) until he became a serious PM contender is something I will watch with anticipation and trepidation - trepidation not for me, but for him! It will take a monumental effort to contain their goings-on - sexual and financials. Can you imagine the amount of money required to keep everybody quiet? What contracts, projects, and tenders have to be kautim in order to contain these possible exposures - any one of which, if they become public knowledge, will mean no more Sri Perdana? The mind boggles...

That was written thirteen years ago. It has been a long wait - a wait that has caused our people and our nation to endure a great deal of suffering and shame because what these two have done to satisfy their greed has made the world think Malaysia to be one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

And for many of us, this fight with Najib, has been personal. So many of us have been affected in a personal way by the things Najib has done while in public office. And so we wait for what will now happen to him and others like him, with more than a passing interest. We want them to understand that in the end, they will be judged by the things they have done to enrich themselves at our expense.

And if Najib was Samson, Rosmah is his Delilah!

He has been through a life journey of epic proportions. Thoughts of how he once sat across the table with Trump, arguably the world's most powerful man, and told Trump that he wanted to help Trump make America great again, must surely now cross his mind.

Today Cash is no longer King. BossKu was fun while it lasted. That is over too. The euphoria of the electoral victory in the Malacca and Johor state elections are just a distant memory. That Duli yang kita tak peduli may think that he may still have a pardon or two up his royal sleeves, but even Dollah knows he cannot keep Najib out of jail. All the black magic and hocus pocus Rosmah thinks she can conjure up is now proven to be just that...hocus pocus.

And what is Umno today? UMNO is greed. UMNO is deceit. UMNO is dishonour. That UMNO has become a bloated, corrupt and sleazy organization is a given fact – a fait accompli – a fact realized and accomplished...no thanks to Najib.

Tonight Najib can still sleep in his own house, in his own bed with or without his own wife, and still wakes up to a Nasi Lemak breakfast if he so wishes...but for how long?

This is not fake news. Najib is going to jail. Najib has had a number of plans to stay out of jail but remember what Mike Tyson said..."Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face"....and guys....Najib is about to get punched in the face. Let us all say Amen to that!
