Whatever the reasons...a very dangerous precedent has been set. Future Corporate crimes committed, and illegal gains made.....for all this, we now know, that only fines will be paid.

This AG has shown what many have feared. Shortcomings in intellectual deliberations and reasoning. In simple kampong cliche, it is eqivalent to "tak masuk akal". The AG is not pursuing criminal charges against Serba Dinamik top executives, and allowing them go with just fines for heinous corporate crimes perpetrated by those, whose reputations, unfortunately, has preceded them!

1. Is it not that an audited company account a direct documentary evidence and NOT circumstantial evidence ?

2. Is it not in the "public interest" that the officers of a public company found to have falsified its account be severely punished to maintain public confidence of the financial market, and NOT be let off by a gentle slap of the wrist ?
