SPRM DEBACLE

If Azam Baki brother buys the shares through Azam Baki's account, the shares belong to Azam Baki. Azam Baki must not allow a THIRD PARTY to use his share trading account. It is against the LAW.

Questions raised : 1. Why did Azam Baki's brother use his account ?

2. If the shares were transferred in the same year, Show the share transfer forms to us.

3. Are the companies in which the shares were bought related to you?

4. If Azam Baki's brother used his name, was it because he had interests in that company? An Insider? If so, you are complicit in a crime - insider trading.

6. Were all of these arrangements documented or verbal ? It would be good to show the documents to the public.

7. Isn't there a disclosure requirement for senior civil servants - did Azam Baki disclosed this in 2015? Or Only when Terrence Gomez raised this issue, were there some back pedalling?
