SPRM : Remember Teoh Beng Hock & Ahmad Sarbani Mohamamed. Two dead at their hands.

This Azam Baki is a civil servant. A senior civil servant no doubt, but still a civil servant. For any wrongdoing, he is subject to scrutiny by the public service disciplinary board which the Ketua Setiausah Negara (KSN) chairs. This is the authority that will decide if Azam Baki is to be disciplined for any wrong doings during his tenure as the Chief Commissioner of SPRM

ACAB chairman, Abu Zahar Ujang, has no local standi. The Law minister should also shut up. And Pas? Pas piss pot, go jump into the river!

The debacle at SPRM involving Azam Baki has affected the public image of the civil service. It is the duty of the three civil service heads, the KSN, the Ketua Setiausaha Perbendaraan (KSP) and the Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam (KPPA) to make their own inquiry into the matter, assess what went wrong and determine whether any of the service circulars needs to be tightened so that a similar breach of regulations does not happen again in any part of the civil service

The three civil service heads should also join the call for a full parliamentary inquiry into the MACC handling of the allegations against its Chief Commissioner .

This is a straightforward case that is allowed by the govt to escalate …but alas, that is the state of the govt today under Mael Bera Blur!

And SPRM coming to the defence of their own? Huh! Sandiwara apa pulak ni? Bodoh punya kerja.

Remember Teoh Beng Hock! Remember Ahmad Sarbani Mohamamed who was found dead in an open air badminton court on the first floor of the SPRM building in KL. Two people dead at the hands of SPRM and these deaths are still to be resolved. The murderers, within SPRM, are still to be found and put to trial.
