Tawfik Ismail : Trailblazing Mission

Tawfik Tun Dr. Ismail’s initiative that Malaysia has to move from Darul Keluarga Klepto (DKK) to Darul Ketulusan is an important and inspiring one. He clearly deserves our support. We have to spread the message and provide the means for Tawfik to succeed.

The good thing is that he is not alone. Others are also endeavoring to help him by taking on key members of the DKK mafia. We must not only wish them success but work hard to make their mission successful. We have less than a month to do this.

For this important mission to succeed, it is essential to identify and isolate the DKK mafia and their enablers from the Darul Darurat phase. That whole emergency exercise was a vain, mischievous, and vicious one. It was unnecessary to unseat the Darul Harapan Team as it had mainly good attributes.

For the time being, we must create conditions for the success of Darul Ketulusan. It is easy to identify those who are talking about accountability, good governance, and transparency. We should not and cannot forgive those suspected of corruption, embezzlement, and money laundering. Malaysia will get left far behind if the hemorrhaging of public funds is allowed to continue.

Tawfik and his associates must succeed.

There is no other way. All of us have a part to play in this just joint effort.
