Ventilators : So many questions. So few answers!

Here, in essence, lies what is fundamentally wrong with how government...any government in Putrajaya.... functions. When there is a problem, everybody involved runs for the hills and issues conflicting statements from the hills that they have run to.

If you want to find blame for anything that happens in any Ministry you have to go for the Minister because the power of the Minister to override any decision made within his Ministry is total. He makes the final decision on any matter having to do with his ministry and by the same token, he has to take the blame if anything goes wrong in his ministry. So find the minister in charge when the order for the ventilators was placed and more important, find the minister who approved the payment...and you will have the culprit!
